Instructions for participants

About one week before the event you will gain access to the online platform we use at HHBIC. We will send you instructions concerning this by email.

Info for paper presenters

The time available for each paper is 15 minutes, of which 10 minutes are for the presentation and 5 minutes for the comments and questions from the audience. Please respect your colleagues and keep to the allocated time for your presentation. Please be in the virtual session room on time. In addition to the session chair, also a conference assistant will be available in the virtual room and supports in case of technical difficulties.

PowerPoint slides to support your presentation are not expected but you can use them according to your choice. The virtual platform used in the conference allows the presenter to share slides.
